Buyer approval

How you stay in control

A structured sign-off flow keeps the buyer in the loop at every decision point.

    Sample Approval

Fit, PP and size-set samples approved by buyer before bulk.

  2. Step 02
    In-Line Sign-off

First-output pieces from each line shared for buyer approval.

  3. Step 03
    Final Report

AQL report with photos submitted before packing.

  4. Step 04
    Ship Authorization

Shipment released only after buyer's written approval.
